But I will tell definitely Stock Value is More than 10/-+++++++++. Last Quarter company declared Turnover 41 Cr and Net Profit of 1.5 Cr. Mumbai Bulls and Operators are accumulating at current price. Littlewoods and Littlewoods Shop Direct (UK) are buying ladies organic wear, including maternity wear, from this division. Evinix is also supplying knitwears (garments and T-shirts etc) to Geox of Italy, children’s and kids’ underwear to The Childrens Place for Kidswear (USA), and organic & non-organic cotton to Joules of Canada.
Rapid Retail: CUT – Store (A Rapid Retail Concept at Evinix)
CUT is a ‘Many Brand Store’ addressing the young audience between 16 and 35 years housing 61 global brands (Adidas, Puma, Kappa, 454, Purple Wine, Reebok, Lee, Levi’s, Mercedes Benz, to name a few). CUT is an acronym for Comfortable, Urban and Trendy. Evinix is setting up CUT stores (averaging 4000-5000 sq feet) in fast urbanizing young Indian towns.
Company-owned and company managed, the CUT stores are brand selective and sell merchandise across the entire range of Apparel, Footwear and Accessories for young men and women
The principle of Rapid Retail suggests that every merchandise has a limited shelf life at CUT stores. The Rapid Retail business concept embraces the e.t.o.a.d concept i.e. the exact time of awaited departure when the product will move out to the next best price bracket.
With this quick-moving, fast yielding concept, Evinix’s new Rapid Retail business is all about selling lifestyle, setting trends. It’s about cutting through the clutter to provide a great shopping experience to the young customers in the age group of 16 to 35.
This company has a great future. Even if we give a conservative P/E of 10 (Industry Avarage PE was 12), It should be trading at Rs. 10+ based on FY 2009-10earnings. So there is a long way to go. Investors with faith in EVINIX management and having patience will definitely earn a lot based on Value of Stores and Global Brands and Profits.
